Objective of Java Project on Attendance System

The main objective of the Java Project on Attendance System is to manage the details of Holidays, Leave, Login, Employee Attendance, Student Attendance. It manages all the information about Holidays, Attendance, Student Attendance, Holidays. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Holidays, Leave, Attendance, Login. It tracks all the details about the Login, Employee Attendance, Student Attendance.

Functionalities provided by Java Project on Attendance System are as follows:

  • Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Holidays, Login, Employee Attendance, Student Attendance
  • College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
  • It tracks all the information of Leave, Attendance, Employee Attendance ect
  • Manage the information of Leave
  • Shows the information and description of the Holidays, Login
  • To increase efficiency of managing the Holidays, Leave
  • It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Employee Attendance.
  • Manage the information of Holidays
  • Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Holidays data.

  • Integration of all records of Student Attendance.

Report generation:

  • It generates the report on Holidays, Leave,Attendance
  • Provide filter reports on Login, Employee Attendance, Student Attendance
  • You can easily export PDF for the Holidays,Attendance, Employee Attendance
  • Application also provides excel export for Leave, Login, Student Attendance
  • You can also export the report into csv format for Holidays, Leave, Student Attendance

Limitation of Java Project on Attendance System

  • Excel export has not been developed for Attendance, Employee Attendance due to some criticality.
  • The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Holidays, Leave capture and modification is not possible.
  • Off-line reports of Holidays, Login, Student Attendance cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Java Project on Attendance System

  • All the fields such as Holidays, Login, Student Attendance are validated and does not take invalid values
  • Each form for Holidays, Leave,Attendance can not accept blank value fields
