In sentiment analysis, “Natural language Processing Technique”, “Computational Linguistic Technique” and “Text Analytics Technique” are used analyze the hidden sentiments of users through their comments, reviews and ratings. Since from last few years, in Natural Language Processing, User opinions mining becomes very crucial issue. It is mostly used to mine reviews, ratings and post of users on different social media platforms for doing sentimental analysis. The performance of movies is mostly judge based on its ratings and reviews. Now days, almost all internet and mobile users create their interest and make their opinion towards any new movie by reading movie reviews and ratings. The sentiments hidden inside reviews reflect the positive and negative approach about that movie. In this article, we have studied sentiment analysis of movie ratings that are given reviewers. We try to find out public response about movie according to them. We try to analyze through sentimental analysis of movie ratings whether people like movie or not. By using natural language processing, we try to find out relationship of keywords inside reviews to get final polarity of review to obtain judgment.
Movie producers, directors and lead role actors are specially focusing on their movie promotion or trailers reviews and ratings as it will influence the people to watch their movie. Through sentiment analysis of movie trailer and promotion ratings, producers and directors come to know about public response and their sentiments about movie. This kind of analysis is also helpful for producers and directors to find out which part or character of movie has influenced people. So that they can manipulate it as per that to improve their public response and ratings. The actor or actress role and acting is good, bad or neutral inside movie that can be find out through the sentiment analysis of movie rating. Sometimes, people used to watch the movie to see one the most hit song inside that movie. The song, lyrics and song compositions are good, bad or neutral that can also find out through the sentiment analysis of movie rating. Sometimes the story of the movie is unique and realistic that also important factor which influence the people to make the decision to watch the movie. The promotion of the movie is done in such case via movie rating and reviews that are just obtained just because of that movie story.
