Introduction of the Project Automation of Shopping Mall
This project deals with the transaction criteria of the SHOPPING MALL. SHOPPING MALL is a place where the customer comes for purchasing the daily used items and special items too. The modern Shopping mall combines the multiple shops items into a single shop. The aim is to automate its existing manual system by the help of computerized equipments and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the same.
Basically the project describes how to manage sale, purchase, stock and billing etc.
For easy and convenient processing we need to develop software, which works as per our requirements.
Objectives of the Project Automation of Shopping Mall
The aim is to automate its existing manual system by the help of computerized equipments and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the same.
The main objectives behind the development of this project are as follows:
- To maintain product register.
- To manage sales register.
- To access information of a particular product.
- To facilitate order making.
- To generate rate list.
- To generate report for management.
- To maintain customer list.
- To maintain stock register.
- The system generates a number of types of reports that can be then used for various purposes.
Project category of Automation of Shopping Mall
The project lies under RDBMS category. As there is need to store, manipulate and retrieve the hug amount of data related to employee, customer, product, sales, purchase and stock. RDBMS system is capable of string and manipulating all these information.
Input of the Project Automation of Shopping Mall
The system generates a predetermined output on having the related input .on the basis of output the requires inputs are thought .No system can produce output without having the require input. The Shopping mall Automation System takes its various inputs through its Entry forms. The system takes information about a particular Supplier through the module Add New Supplier and uses some of this information in enquiry and sale module. The system takes information about Item through the module New Item which keeps information about new Item. This information is also used in enquiry and payment statement. System takes information about stock and their details. The system also gets the details of stock.

Output of the Project Automation of Shopping Mall
The software system are propose to generate some specific output for the Specific organization .The system Shopping mall Automation System is design to serve the specific purpose of Shopping mall. In various modules the output of one module become input to another module .The output is generated in the form tabular report for the management purpose. The bill of patient is generated from discharge module. Another report is generated from the sale table. This also tabular report to see status of Payment paid employee in the Shopping mall. Another report is generated from the table also use the list view feature of visual basic to display the information related table in a particular module .List view is a graphical control which is used to propagated information from a table desired query from the display them in tabular form.
