Visual Basic Project on College Management System

College Management System is a desktop application. We have used Visual Basic 6 and SQL Server 2000 for developing this project. Here we are providing visual basic 6.0 projects with ms access database download with source code and documentation. vb and ms access projects free download and submission in college. This project deals with all kind of student details, academic related reports, college details, course details, curriculum, batch details and other resource related details too. This project College Management system is capable to generate reports related to students, batch, course, teacher / faculty, exams, semesters, certification and even for the entire college. So we can say the Core purpose of designing “College Management System” is to manage the task related to the college students/employees and to reduce time to searching of appropriate candidates in college view. Modules and Description of College Management System Project:

Student Module :

The main aim for developing this module is provide all the functionality realted to student. This Student module is the main module in this project College Management System which has been developed on Visual Basic and SQL Server. It tracks all the information and details of the student. We have developed all type of CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete) operations of the student. This is a role based module where admin can perform each and every operations on data but the student will be able to view only his/her data, so access level restrictions has also been implemented on the project.

Features of Student Module:

  • Admin can add new student
  • Admin can see the list of student details
  • Only admin can edit and update the record of the student
  • Admin will be able to delete the records of the student
  • All student forms are validated on client side using JavaScript
  • Student will be able to see his details
  • Student will be able to update his details

Employee Module :

The main purpose for developing this module is to manage the employee. So all employee will be managed by admin. We have developed all type of CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete) operations of the employee.

Salary Module :

The main purpose for developing this module is to manage the salary. Admin will manage all salary record.
