The company schedules and provides internal/external services. The source office branch receives the consignment and sends it to the destination branch. The company has rules based on weight. Using the courier service, a person can easily send parcels to a specific destination within a set time. Nowadays, 50% of companies worldwide use various courier services.

When the consignment reaches the destination city office, a message is sent to the recipient with delivery status confirmation. The recipient can then collect their parcels using their Track ID. Once the recipient receives their parcels, the Track ID is automatically deleted from the system database after one week, and a final confirmation message is sent to the recipient's mobile number, including the Track ID, date, and time of receipt, along with a greeting message for future services.
