Objective of Student Counselling Management System
The main objective of the Student Counselling Management System is to manage the details of Results, Merit List,Student, Counsellings, Registrations. It manages all the information about Results, Grade, Registrations, Results. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Results, Merit List, Grade, Student. It tracks all the details about the Student, Counsellings, Registrations.
Features of Student Counselling Management System are as follows:
- Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Results, Student, Counsellings, Registrations
- The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Results, Merit List capture and modification is not possible.
- It tracks all the information of Merit List, Grade, Counsellings ect
- Manage the information of Merit List
- Shows the information and description of the Results, Student
- All the fields such as Results, Student, Registrations are validated and does not take invalid values
- It generates the report on Results, Merit List, Grade
- Provide filter reports on Student, Counsellings, Registrations
- You can easily export PDF for the Results, Grade, Counsellings
- Application also provides excel export for Merit List,Student, Registrations
- You can also export the report into csv format for Results, Merit List, Registrations
- To increase efficiency of managing the Results, Merit List
- It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Counsellings.
