This Use Case Diagram is a graphic depiction of the interactions among the elements of CRM Application System. It represents the methodology used in system analysis to identify, clarify, and organize system requirements of CRM Application System. The main actors of CRM Application System in this Use Case Diagram are: Super Admin, System User, Company, Customer, who perform the different type of use cases such as Manage Customer, Manage Customer Feedback, Manage Salesman, Manage Product, Manage Transaction, Manage Offering, Manage Schedule, Manage Users and Full CRM Application System Operations. Major elements of the UML use case diagram of CRM Application System are shown on the picture below.
