Objective of Inventory System

The main objective of the Inventory System is to manage the details of Worker, Category,Goods, Expiry, Manager. It manages all the information about Worker, Warning, Manager, Worker. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Worker, Category, Warning, Goods. It tracks all the details about the Goods, Expiry, Manager.

Features of Inventory System are as follows:

• Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Worker, Goods, Expiry, Manager
• The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Worker, Category capture and modification is not possible.
• It tracks all the information of Category, Warning, Expiry ect
• Manage the information of Category
• Shows the information and description of the Worker, Goods
• All the fields such as Worker, Goods, Manager are validated and does not take invalid values
• It generates the report on Worker, Category, Warning
• Provide filter reports on Goods, Expiry, Manager
• You can easily export PDF for the Worker, Warning, Expiry
• Application also provides excel export for Category,Goods, Manager
• You can also export the report into csv format for Worker, Category, Manager
