Objective of Library Information System
The main objective of the Library Information System is to manage the details of Facilities,Student, Membership Management, Planning the Acquisition of Materials, Book Maintenance. It manages all the information about Facilities, Fees Collection, Book Maintenance, Facilities. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Facilities, Student, Fees Collection, Membership Management. It tracks all the details about the Membership Management, Planning the Acquisition of Materials, Book Maintenance.
Features of Library Information System are as follows:
- Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Facilities, Membership Management, Planning the Acquisition of Materials, Book Maintenance
- The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Facilities, Student capture and modification is not possible.
- It tracks all the information of Student, Fees Collection, Planning the Acquisition of Materials ect

- All the fields such as Facilities, Membership Management, Book Maintenance are validated and does not take invalid values
