Objective of Product Supply Management System
The main objective of the Product Supply Management System is to manage the details of Delivery, Accounts, Inventory, Stocks, Supply. It manages all the information about Delivery, Product, Supply, Delivery. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Delivery, Accounts, Product, Inventory. It tracks all the details about the Inventory, Stocks, Supply.
Features of Product Supply Management System are as follows:
- Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Delivery, Inventory, Stocks, Supply
- The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Delivery, Accounts capture and modification is not possible.
- It tracks all the information of Accounts, Product, Stocks ect
- Manage the information of Accounts
- Shows the information and description of the Delivery, Inventory
- All the fields such as Delivery, Inventory, Supply are validated and does not take invalid values
- It generates the report on Delivery, Accounts,Product
- Provide filter reports on Inventory, Stocks, Supply
- You can easily export PDF for the Delivery,Product, Stocks
- Application also provides excel export for Accounts, Inventory, Supply
