Objective of School Library System
The main objective of the School Library System is to manage the details of Book Maintenance, Membership Management,Student, Fees Collection, Facilities. It manages all the information about Book Maintenance, Planning the Acquisition of Materials, Facilities, Book Maintenance. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Book Maintenance, Membership Management, Planning the Acquisition of Materials, Student. It tracks all the details about the Student, Fees Collection, Facilities.
Features of School Library System are as follows:
- Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Book Maintenance, Student, Fees Collection, Facilities
- The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Book Maintenance, Membership Management capture and modification is not possible.
- It tracks all the information of Membership Management, Planning the Acquisition of Materials, Fees Collection ect
