INTRODUCTION OF THE PROJECT INTER COLLEGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This project deals with the management and information criteria of the Inter College. Inter college is a place where the work is to admit the student, keep their records, conduct the examination, prepare the result and manage the fee submission of student report the management. Also teachers are assigned classes, time tables are prepared. The aim is to automate its existing manual system by the help of computerized equipments and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the same.
Basically the project describes how to manage entrance, registration, exams, time table, fee submission, employee and their salary etc.
For easy and convenient processing we need to develop software, which works as per our requirements. While preparing this software we got to remember few things i.e. this software must have a friendly environment, in other words it should not be much complicated to handle, it should have options for future modifications.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT INTER COLLEGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This project deals with the information criteria of the INTER COLLEGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Basically the project describes how to manage for good performance Student records, staff record, registration, etc.
The main objectives behind the development of this project are as follows:
- To assist the staff in capturing the effort spent on their respective working areas.
- To utilize resource of the institution in an efficient manner by increasing their productivity through automation.
- To access information of a particular Student.
- To Store and retrieve details about subject in collage.
- To keep the details of collage staff.
- To make enquiry about staff.
Thus, there are a number of objectives behind developing the “INTER COLLEGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” and it reduces a lot of burden of the staff.

“RDBMS PROJECT”
The proposed system comes under RDBMS category, as there is need to store and manipulate a huge amount of data related to Students, Teachers, Fees, subjects and result. An RDBMS system is capable of storing, manipulating and retrieving the data in huge amount.

The system generates a predetermined output on having the related input. On the basis of output the requires inputs are thought .No system can produce output without having the require input. The INTER COLLEGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM takes its various inputs through its Entry forms. The system also gets the details of Student.

OUTPUT OF THE PROJECT INTER COLLEGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The software system are propose to generate some specific output for the specific organization .The system INTER COLLEGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is design to serve the specific purpose of College. In various modules the output of one module become input to another module .The output is generated in the form tabular report for the management purpose. The fee of Student is generated from report module. Another report is generated from the Fee table. This also tabular report to see status of Fee paid student in the university. Another report is generated from the table also use the list view feature of visual basic to display the information related table in a particular module .List view is a graphical control which is used to propagated information from a table desired query from the display them in tabular form.
