Objective of Java Project on College Automation System

The main objective of the Java Project on College Automation System is to manage the details of Branches, Courses, Faculties, Registartion,Students. It manages all the information about Branches, Login, Students, Branches. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Branches, Courses, Login, Faculties. It tracks all the details about the Faculties, Registartion,Students.

Functionalities provided by Java Project on College Automation System are as follows:

  • Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Branches, Faculties, Registartion, Students
  • College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
  • It tracks all the information of Courses, Login, Registartion ect
  • Manage the information of Courses
  • Shows the information and description of the Branches, Faculties
  • To increase efficiency of managing the Branches, Courses
  • It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Registartion.
  • Manage the information of Branches
  • Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Branches data.

  • Integration of all records of Students.

Report generation:

  • It generates the report on Branches, Courses, Login
  • Provide filter reports on Faculties, Registartion,Students
  • You can easily export PDF for the Branches, Login, Registartion
  • Application also provides excel export for Courses, Faculties,Students
  • You can also export the report into csv format for Branches, Courses,Students

Limitation of Java Project on College Automation System

  • Excel export has not been developed for Login, Registartion due to some criticality.
  • The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Branches, Courses capture and modification is not possible.
  • Off-line reports of Branches, Faculties, Students cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Java Project on College Automation System

  • All the fields such as Branches, Faculties, Students are validated and does not take invalid values
  • Each form for Branches, Courses, Login can not accept blank value fields
  • Avoiding errors in data
