Objective of Java Project on Inventory Sales System

The main objective of the Java Project on Inventory Sales System is to manage the details of Item Description, Sale, Item Number, Type of Item , Stock Quantity. It manages all the information about Item Description, Inverntory Item, Stock Quantity, Item Description. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Item Description, Sale, Inverntory Item, Item Number. It tracks all the details about the Item Number, Type of Item , Stock Quantity.

Functionalities provided by Java Project on Inventory Sales System are as follows:

  • Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Item Description, Item Number, Type of Item , Stock Quantity
  • College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.

Limitation of Java Project on Inventory Sales System

  • Excel export has not been developed for Inverntory Item, Type of Item due to some criticality.
  • The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Item Description, Sale capture and modification is not possible.
  • Off-line reports of Item Description, Item Number, Stock Quantity cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Java Project on Inventory Sales System

  • All the fields such as Item Description, Item Number, Stock Quantity are validated and does not take invalid values
  • Each form for Item Description, Sale,Inverntory Item can not accept blank value fields
  • Avoiding errors in data
